Know what we pay. Before you buy.

We publish what we will pay for a product before you buy it. Source it anywhere, ship it to whichever of our warehouses is nearest you, and get paid the posted price. No platform fees, no negotiating, no invoice to chase.

Four steps between your shelf and your bank

Every one of them is designed to be boring. The only moment that matters is the third.

1Commit
Pick a deal and reserve the quantity you can source. You see the payout, the retail price and the margin before you spend anything.
2Ship
Send it with our prepaid label, insured to $100 free, or use your own carrier. Nine warehouses, so one is near you.
3Scan
The carrier scans the box and your price locks. From that moment the number cannot move against you.
4Get paid
We verify the goods and credit your balance. Request a payout and it reaches Wise or PayPal within three business days.

Priced in the open, shipped on rails

Two things resellers get burned on: a price that moves after they have bought, and a package nobody can account for. Both are designed out.

You see the margin before you spend

Every deal shows our payout, the retail price, and the difference. Sort the whole catalogue by margin and work the top of the list.

You pay retail: $22.00
We pay you: $45.00
Your margin: +$23.00

That figure is fixed the moment the carrier scans your box. Nothing after that moves it against you, not a price change and not a pool filling up.

No minimums, no contracts, no approvals queue. Ship one unit or five hundred, on identical terms.

Support that sees your account

Message us from your account, weekdays 9am–5:30pm PT, and reach people who can already see your packages. No order numbers to quote.

Insured from the first box

Every label we issue covers $100 at no cost. Declare more for $1.50 per additional $100, and we file the claim if it goes missing.

Zero fees, three days, two ways

Request a payout and it leaves the same week. We cover the transfer cost on both methods, so the number in your balance is the number that arrives.

Changing where your money goes needs a one-time code sent to your email, so a borrowed session cannot redirect a payout.

Nine warehouses, coast to coast

Ship to whichever is closest. Each deal lists the warehouses it is accepted at, and everything in one package has to go to the same one.

The questions people ask before their first box

If the answer you need is not here, support replies the same business day.

Ask us something else

Pricing and limits

The price locks when the carrier receives and scans your package. Dropping it at an access point does not count. It has to be scanned by the carrier itself.

Yes. The price can move at any point before your package is scanned by the carrier. Requesting a label does not hold it.

If a deal hits its quantity limit, units scanned after that point are paid at a lower rate unless we have told you otherwise. Commit before you buy, and ship promptly.

Sometimes, yes. A capped deal shows a bar on its card for how much of the pool is already committed; once it is full you cannot commit more. Always commit before sending anything.

Shipping and packaging

Every label we issue is insured for $100 at no cost. You can declare a higher value during submission for $1.50 per additional $100, which comes out of your payout.

If you used our label, we file the claim. We will not file for damage caused by poor packaging. When a claim succeeds, the amount is added to your balance.

Brand new only, unless a specific deal says otherwise.

Open a ticket before shipping if you are unsure about minor damage. We would rather tell you in advance than send it back.

You cover return shipping plus a $10 handling fee. Returns take up to 10 business days.

Processing

Usually one business day after it arrives, and up to three when volume is high.

Allow 3 to 5 business days. Discrepancies are reconciled during check-in and we email you the outcome, so there is no need to open a ticket in the meantime.

Payouts

Payouts are processed within 1–3 business days of your request. You get an email when the money is sent.

Open a support ticket and we will trace it.

If the transfer has not arrived, or you entered the wrong routing or account number, allow up to 5 business days for us to resolve it and reprocess the payment.
